Preparation of publication-quality videos using ImageJ
November 14th, 2014
Supplementary video files are essential in cell migration studies. These videos show journal readers and reviewers the experimental observations that are the foundation of cell migration papers. Similar to figure preparation, some general guidelines and tips facilitate the preparation of publication-quality videos. In this document, I explain, in a step-by-step fashion, how to prepare videos using ImageJ (NIH, Bethesda, MD).
Download the video preparation manual here.
The "finished product" videos described in the document are available for download here and here. Videos are courtesy of the Konstantopoulos lab in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.
